Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily store activities, including receiving, issuing, and organizing stock.
• Maintain accurate stock records and prepare regular inventory and financial reports.
• Monitor stock levels and make recommendations for replenishment to avoid shortages.
• Implement and ensure adherence to store policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Conduct regular stock audits and investigate discrepancies.
• Lead, train, and motivate the store team to achieve operational excellence.
• Coordinate with procurement and hotel departments to meet their stock needs.
• Review and optimize storage solutions to maximize efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with all financial and inventory regulations.

Minimum Requirements & Responsibility

• Proven experience in store management, preferably in the hotel industry.
• Must have CPA 2 certification.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
