Student Admissions & Recruitment Executive at Institute of Software Technologies Limited (IST)

Salary: 

• Ksh 40,000 per month + an attractive performance-based commission structure

Key Responsibilities

• Contact and follow up on prospective students.
• Provide career guidance and recommend suitable training programmes.
• Build strong relationships with prospective students.
• Guide applicants through the admissions and registration process.
• Maintain accurate student records in Zoho CRM.
• Achieve monthly student enrolment targets.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the admissions journey.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Education or a related field.
• Experience in sales, admissions, customer service or student recruitment is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven and customer-focused.
• Experience using CRM systems such as Zoho will be an added advantage.
