    Supervisor, Intelligence Collection

    Department: Intelligence & Strategic Operations

    Division: Intelligence Management

    Section: Intelligence Collection  Reports to: Assistant Manager, Intelligence Collection

     

    Responsible for:

    • Collecting intelligence and preparing intelligence summaries and reports

    Tasks and outputs:

    • Collecting, evaluating and analysing information to produce intelligence summaries and reports.
    • Identifying Intelligence needs for improvement to enhance collection capacities.
    • Securing information obtained to protect confidentiality and integrity of operations.
    • Preparing quality intelligence summaries and reports for dissemination to relevant departments.
    • Any other duty as may be assigned by Assistant Manager, Southern Region Intelligence Collection or any other competent office.

    Skills required:

    Minimum qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
    • 2 years of progressive work experience in intelligence management in a reputable organization.
    • Master’s degree will be an added advantage.
    • Training in Tax & Customs Administration is an added advantage.

    Competencies required for this Role

    • Focused, attentive and detailed oriented individual.
    • Possess good organization, planning and analytical skills.
    • Excellent supervisory skills.
    • Ability to plan independently and work collaboratively with others
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Valuing diversity and difference of opinion.
    • Managing effective teams and work groups.
