    Supervisor, Profile Development

    Department: Intelligence & Strategic Operations

    Division: Internal Affairs

    Section: Profile Development   

    Reports to: Assistant Manager, profile Development

    Direct reports: Officers -Profile Development

    Responsible for:

    Development of profile and pre-employment and staff vetting.

    Tasks and outputs:

    • Conducting profile development operations.
    • Carrying out Financial Analysis relating to lifestyle Audits.
    • Preparing technical and management reports
    • Securing of information obtained to protect confidentiality and integrity of operations.
    • Evaluating staff performance through the review of completed assignments and initiatives and develop staff skills.
    • Reviewing quality of the lifestyle Audits Profiles products and disseminate appropriately.
    • Utilization of data analysis systems and methodologies to support optimum usage of information received from Multi Agencies and other departments and divisions.
    • Conducting pre-employment vetting to prevent bad hire and implementing plan for continuous profile evaluation upon employment.
    • Presentation of evidence and liaising with legal department/committee on matters relating to lifestyle audit.

    Skills required:

    Minimum qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences or Commerce or related disciplines from a recognized university of 15 years of progressive criminal/fraud investigations
    • 5 years of progressive work experience with at least 3 years of Fraud/Financial investigations/asset tracing & recovery in a senior position in reputable organization.
    • Post Graduate degree in Tax & Customs Administration is an added advantage.
