Supply Chain Intern at Moko Home + Living

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Moko is looking for a Supply Chain Intern who will offer support in the day to day-to-day procurement operations.

THE ROLE IN BRIEF

Your main responsibilities will include offering support on the following:

• Support raising of purchase approvals for Supply Chain Logistics and Compliance related activities
• Follow up on payments and support resolution of any invoices issues that may arise
• Support update and maintenance of records as assigned by supervisor
• Carry out proper and timely filing of documents related to Supply Chain Logistics and Compliance activities as assigned by supervisor
• Carry-out other job-related tasks as may be assigned to support departmental and cross-departmental functions and projects.

• You have proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) and Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Google Docs)
