Supply Chain Manager at Summit Recruitment and Search

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with overall business objectives.
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure the best pricing and quality, and delivery timelines.
• Aligning with Inventory manager on monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and minimize excess inventory, and ensuring timely processing of purchase requests by Inventory.
• Coordinate transportation and logistics operations, ensuring timely delivery of products. Negotiate Air/Sea freight in consideration of timely delivery.
• Analyze supply chain processes to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements for cost reduction and efficiency.
• Use data analytics to forecast demand and manage supply chain risks and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Work closely with sales, marketing, production, and finance teams to ensure alignment and smooth operations.
• Prepare regular reports on supply chain performance metrics for senior management (Operation and Financer Manager)

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience of 5+ years in supply chain management or logistics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in supply chain software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems and logistics software.
