Support Staff Supervisor - 2 Posts

- Job Field Janitorial Services
Requirements for Appointment: -
- Must be a holder of KCSE Certificate or its equivalent;
- Proficiency in computer applications;
- Ability to keep confidentiality of clients’ information; and
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Duties and Responsibilities: -
- Supervise Support staff and cleaners;
- Deliver mails and correspondences;
- Carry out messengerial duties;
- Prepare departmental work schedules;
- Arrange boardroom for meetings that are scheduled to take place;
- Keep inventory of kitchen utensils and advice on restocking; and
- Open and close offices to ensure security;
