    Human Resources Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Lead, support and motivate the company’s HR Department for achievement of goals in line with company vision and values.
    • Promotes a professional, positive, and supportive work environment.
    • Develops and maintains staff job descriptions.
    • In-charge of attendance tracker and ensure employees report to work on time.
    • Recruitment of staff
    • Training & Staff development
    • Prepares training materials according to the training need.
    • Conducts orientation and training sessions for new and existing employees.
    • Maintains complete personnel files for all employees in compliance with recommended record keeping practices and HR policy.
    • Maintains and updates the Employee Manual and Policy Manual as needed.
    • Ensure the company have a low retention rate and prolonged working periods.
    • Counsels’ management and staff on personnel related issues such as discipline, terminations, personality conflicts, job transfers, policy interpretation, and other sensitive issues.
    • Oversees scheduling of, and records all employee vacations, personal, sick, and compassionate leaves on a leave tracker.
    • Ensures that all departments are adequately staffed at all times.
    • Come up with various Motivational strategies for employees.
    • Assists in the administration of employee benefit programs, including health/dental/life insurance, short and long-term disability insurance, and a Pension Plan.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor Degree in Human Resource
    • 3 Years’ Experience in similar role
    • Have basic HR procedure knowledge and familiar with employment act
    • Strong understanding of national labour law.
    • High integrity and discretion.
    • Very energetic, proactive and self-starter.
    • Strong communication skills at all levels.
    • Microsoft Office tool skills and writing skills.
