Systems Administrator at Fanisi HR Solutions

• They seek to hire a Systems Accountant who will be responsible for managing loan accounting operations. Your responsibilities will encompass; ensuring accurate financial reporting and maintaining the integrity of the funds system.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Funds Accounting:

• Oversee the funds accounting process and ensure accurate recording of both loan and grant transactions in the system.
• Reconcile funds accounts, resolve discrepancies and investigate variances.
• Collaborate with the finance, loans and grants team to prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of funds system upgrades, enhancements and integrations.
• Monitor funds system data integrity and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Manage relationships with entrepreneurs, creative enterprises, financial institutions, investment committees and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate with consortium partners, external collaborators, community organizations, and other stakeholders associated with the program to strengthen coordination and cooperation in investment activities across various components of the program

Risk Management:

• Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential financial risks associated with investments.
• Stay abreast of market trends, regulatory changes, and industry developments to inform risk assessments.
• Ensure systems are stress stressed and carryout periodic Pen tests

Financial Reporting:

• Prepare and present comprehensive loan and grant funds reports to internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure transparency and accountability in financial reporting, adhering to regulatory standards.
• Carry out system reconciliations

Required Specifications;

• Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Business IT, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in using loan management software
• In-depth knowledge of financial markets, investment principles, and risk management strategies.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess investment opportunities and make informed decisions.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, engaging effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Previous experience working with the creative industries or similar sectors is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated commitment to social impact and sustainable development.
