JOB SUMMARY

The school is seeking a dynamic and experienced Teaching Assistant, who is or who aspires to be, an outstanding teacher in the classroom.

A teacher who is willing and adept at personalizing learning for every student; who believes passionately in the education of the whole child and therefore fully embraces the core values that characterize our school.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE 

• At least 1 year of supporting teaching in the Competency-Based Curriculum 
• Certificate in ECD from a recognized institution
• Be registered with the Teachers Service Commission
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Keenness to progress their knowledge and skills through taking on additional responsibilities and opportunities for development
• Flexibility, creativity and adaptability
• Strongly established emotional intelligence
• Ensuring the safety and security of the learners
• Assist in organizing and facilitating play/learning activities for the learners
• Preparing and developing play/learning materials.
