Team Leader (Checkoff Loans)

- Job Field Customer Care, Success and Service
Requirements
- Prior experience in the checkoff product.
- Hands-on sales leadership experience.
- Excellent communication and persuasion ability.
- Self-driven, target-oriented and disciplined.
- High integrity and professionalism.
- Ability to lead from the front and close deals when needed
What You Will Do
- Lead from the front.
- Build and maintain a strong referral pipeline.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales agents to hit targets.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Represent the MOMENTUM brand with excellence.
