- Experience 3 years
- Location Nairobi
- Job Field Sales / Marketing / Retail / Business Development
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma in sales and marketing or any business related eld.
- Minimum KCSE mean grade -C plain
- Minimum of 3 years proven work experience as a Team Leader handling FMCG both in MT & GT prior in beverage and alcojolic sector will be an added advantage 4. Must have Retail Relationship Management
- Ability to exhibit transformational leadership
- Must have handled a team of 25 and above
- Must be proficient in reporting on excel and powerpoint
- Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Good people management skills.
- Good decision making skills.
- Good analytical and presentation skills
- Problem solving skills.
- Interpersonal skills.
- Tech Savvy
