    Team Manager – FKF U17 Men’s Team (EOI)

    Job Purpose Statement

    To oversee the administrative and logistical operations of the U17 National Team, ensuring smooth coordination of camps, travel, competitions, and player welfare

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Degree/Diploma in Sports Management, Administration, or related field
    • Minimum 5 years’ experience in team administration.
    • Strong knowledge of CAF/FIFA competition regulations.

    Key Skills & Competencies

    • Knowledge of sports rules and regulations.
    • Organizational and multitasking skills.
    • Communication and negotiation.
    • Problem-solving under pressure.
    • Stakeholder management.
    • Flexibility and adaptability to changing situations.
