    Technical Cooperation Associate

    Competencies

    Professionalism: Working knowledge in the use of personal computers, Microsoft Windows, Word, Outlook, Project, Excel and Power point proficiency. Proficiency in using Microsoft Access is beneficial. Practical knowledge in the application of office automation techniques for text/data processing.     Education

    Essential

    • Completion of a High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

    Desirable

    • Additional training in business administration, project management or related field.

    Work Experience

    •  At least six (6) years of progressively responsible experience in office administration in a public or private organization is required.
    •  Experience in office management, communication and coordination tasks, maintenance of records and file, modern office technology is required.
    •  Extensive knowledge and use of MS Office applications including Word, Spreadsheet and Power Pint Presentation is required.
    •  Experience working in a multinational and multi-cultural environment. Ability to deal with sensitive and confidential matters in a prompt and discrete manner is required.
    •  Experience in administrative policies, protocols and procedures of the UN or large multinational organization is desirable.
    •  Experience in international civil aviation administration, an airline, airport authority or similar aviation related organization is desirable.

    Languages

    Essential: Fluent reading, writing and speaking abilities is English.
