Technical Operator at Frank Management Consult Ltd

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Planning, scheduling, co-ordinating with other sections, supervising production.
• Implementation of corrective/preventive maintenance of plant equipment’s.
• Eliminate or reduce material spoilage/wastage.
• Maintaining the plant sanitation and hygiene program. Implementing 5S principles on daily basis.
• Ensuring the company safety program is maintained and brought to all levels.
• Ensuring the Company quality standards are met.
• Training and developing competent subordinate staff and identify individuals with growth potential.
• Preparing maintenance budget for spare parts and labor.

Minimum Requirements:

• Degree/ Diploma in Mechatronics engineering, Instrumentation and control engineering, mechanical engineering (plant option) or electrical engineering.
• 3+ years experience working with TBA productivity monitoring software & diagnostics software.
• Experience in tetra bulk filler machines will be an added advantage.
