Key Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelors degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or a related technical field.
• Basic understanding of electrical and electronic components, including the ability to interpret simple electrical schematics.
• Willingness to learn dispensers, automation systems, and programmable equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prepare job cards, service reports, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Commercial awareness with an interest in technical sales and customer relationship management.
• Self-motivated with a strong willingness to learn and grow professionally.
• Ready to travel for field assignments and work in different customer environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in installing, servicing, and troubleshooting electrical and automated equipment.
• Support the sales team by providing technical product demonstrations and customer assistance.
• Prepare service reports, job cards, and expense records.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Promote company products and identify sales opportunities.
• Participate in product training and continuous technical development.
