Technical Sales Representative- Machakos at Sidai

Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage and grow distributors, agrovets, and key accounts in-market sales, distribution and merchandising in the assigned territory.
• Define, recommend & ensure execution of optimal Go-To-Market Strategy, key channels, key customers coverage & service requirements.
• Manage commercial projects, new channels, new customers, new business or geographic development as identified
• Ensure achievement of in-store execution excellence at POP (Look of success)
• Market demand creation

Qualifications, skills & competencies

• Certificate/Diploma in Animal Heath or Bachelors in Veterinary medicine.
• Proven track record in Distribution Management (route to market models).
• Minimum 3 years in theindustry.
• Valid riders license- 1 year experience. Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytic tools.
• Relationship management with stockist, farmers and distributors.
• Experience in Farmers training.
• Must be registered by KVB
• Ability to travel / Away from base for extended periods
