Our client in the Automotive industry is looking for self-driven Tele-Sales Agents responsible for supporting the marketing department.
Key Responsibilities
Perform outbound calls as a marketing tool to carry out a variety of sales and marketing activities, including cold calls, cross-selling and upselling to new and existing customers
Attend to telephone queries from customers and direct such calls to appropriate personnel where necessary.
Perform any after-call functions to complete the cycle of call
Achieve pre-set Key Performance Indicators and assist in the achievement of the overall sales target
Provide feedback and suggestions on areas for improvement and/or enhance existing and future telemarketing programs
Complete daily and weekly reports to measure individual effectiveness and provide figures showing the weekly productivity of an individual.
Ensure each call handled meets the service standards of the Company
Create and/or maintain proper client, call and sales records and customer database as required by the Company.
Ensure confidentially of data in the manner and to the extent required by the Company
Listening to the customers' needs to generate repeat sales.
Gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods, purchases, and reactions to products.
Keeping up to date on all products and informing customers of new products.
Support of sales processes via phone calls to the customers
Initiating repeated orders by follow-up phone calls after the customers' purchases
Requirements
Minimum Diploma and above in business-related fields
Experience in telesales
Excellent communication skills.
Creative thinking skills.
The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation.
Good sales ability.
Working knowledge of relevant computer software.
Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
The ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers.
