• As a Telesales Agent, you will play an important role in connecting with potential and existing customers, explaining company products professionally, following up inquiries, maintaining customer relationships, and converting leads into successful sales. Company-provided leads will be available, and successful candidates will receive professional training and continuous support from the management team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact potential and existing customers through phone calls
• Explain company products and services professionally
• Follow up leads and customer inquiries
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Convert leads into successful sales
• Handle customer concerns and provide accurate information
• Maintain proper sales and customer records
• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Work closely with the sales and customer support teams
• Represent the company professionally at all times

Requirements:

• Must be 25 years and above
• Must be a graduate from a recognized institution
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in both English and Kiswahili
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
• Positive attitude and professional conduct
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
• Basic computer literacy and record-keeping skills
• Experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service is an added advantage
