    Telesales Representative

    Job Purpose

    • We are looking for enthusiastic Telesales Representatives to help generate our sales. You will close sales over the phone and maintain good customer relationships.
    • You will report to the Senior Team Leader Telesales. #LI-Hybrid.

    What will you do:

    • Tele-Selling: You will call our existing customers to upgrade them to Televisions and other products which we have to offer.
    • Conversion Objectives: You will ensure the campaign achieves its conversions and sales goals.
    • Quality Objectives: You will ensure the quality of calling follows set quality standards.
    • Productivity Objectives: You will adhere to expected talk time benchmarks to maximize productivity.

    What We're Looking For:

    • Diploma in a business-related field
    • 1+ years of experience in sales
    • BPO industry / Call center industry experience
    • Understand the sales process
    • Team Player
