Telesales Representative at mTek Services

Job Summary

We are currently looking for enthusiastic Telesales Representative to promote our mobile application M tek and become part of our young and Vibrant team.

Responsibilities

• Contact potential or existing customersto inform them about MTEK products
• Ask questions to understand customerrequirements and close sales and answer towards all requirements prospectsmight have
• Keep records of all calls and salesand note useful information as well as update the database.
• Direct leads to field sales whenneeded and generally go the extra mile.

Qualification.

• Most important you are an excellentcommunicator and have superior people skills
• You are comfortable presenting theproducts of Mtek over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts
• You have the ability to learn aboutour products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
• You have excellent knowledge inEnglish and preferable other local vernaculars
• You are cool tempered and can handlepotential rejection. 

Requirement

• At least 2 years of Telesales experience
• Previous active sales experience
• A relevant diploma or University degree
• Excellent computer skills
• Fluent in English and Swahili
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Loyalty and integrity.
