Logistics Coordinator at Teltonika

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

• Take care of effective inventory planning and management, keeping quality standards high for audits
• Monitor and control supply and delivery of goods (third-party logistics service providers)
• Prepare, store and manage documents related to purchases and delivery
• Keep track and analyze shipment packing, transportation mode, cost of shipment, arrival time and other important factors in the shipping process
• Make sure that company complies with the country import-export control regulations

WE BELIEVE THAT YOU:

• Have excellent English language skills (both spoken and written), as it will be your primary working language
• Minimum 3 years of experience working within a similar role (handling the companies exports)
• Are experienced user of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
• Have strong organizational skills and a detail-oriented, analytical personality
• Hold a national diploma/degree in Logistics / Supply chain Management or relevant qualification
• Have experience in Inventory management and/or warehouse operations.
