Temporary Grants and Sub-Award Manager at Population Services Kenya

PS Kenya is seeking a highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented professional to support grants, sub-award, budgeting, and compliance management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial and grants management for subrecipients, including budgeting, internal controls, and compliance.
• Review and develop budgets for proposals, awards, and budget realignments in line with donor requirements.
• Manage sub-awards from due diligence and negotiation through approvals, payments, and close-out.
• Monitor subrecipient finances through reviews of reports, invoices, advances, and financial monitoring plans.
• Track audits and corrective actions while maintaining accurate grant records.
• Provide training and technical support to strengthen subrecipient capacity and grants management systems.
