Terms of Reference (Tor)- Photography at Participatory Ecological Land Use Management (PELUM) Kenya

The key deliverables for Photography:

• Available for the assignment on 10th and 11th July 2025 in Nairobi Environs (Venue TBD)
• Photography for the two-days event to ensure High-Resolution photos (share some photos real time during the event for social media posting). Photos will be taken at main conference area, exhibition area and 4 plenary sessions happening concurrently in different halls for the 2 days.
• Develop/Design ten (10) posters for the various panelists, break out rooms to popularize the event on PELUM Kenya Network. Format: Share Canva editable template for use by the
• PELUM Kenya Communications Officer and digital formats (JPEG/PNG for online sharing),
• High-Definition edited photo format including QuickTime and MP4 in a USB that PELUM Kenya (purchase the USB and deliver to PELUM Kenya Offices)
• PELUM Kenya will also need the soft copies of the photos (purchase the USB and deliver to PELUM Kenya Offices)

DURATION OF ASSIGNMENT

• The assignment will be done on 10th and 11th July 2025 in Nairobi environs with final deliverables to be completed within 10 working days.

LOGISTICAL SUPPORT

• The production company will quote for professional fees and all the logistics that entail airtime, travel and accommodation. PELUM Kenya will only cater for meals during the event proceedings on 10th and 11th July 202PELUM Kenya will share contacts of people who will be engaged for the assignment.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ASSIGNMENT

• Provide the firm's profile detailing organization charts and CVs of key technical staff who will deliver the project, clearly indicating technical skills, academic qualifications, and years of experience.
• Having at least three years of experience working in a similar field as PELUM Kenya is seeking
• Provide three (3) examples of similar films and documentaries produced.
• Proven photography experience in agriculture-related documentaries/conferences/symposiums focused on farmers, extensionists, and local and international audiences. (Provide evidence-link)
• Excellent technical capacities- state-of-the-art filming and post-production equipment in High Definition. (Provide evidence)
