    Territory Manager (Area Business Executive)

    Job Description:

    • TIBU Health is looking for a Business Development Officer to further push into the B2B the market for growth. Our ideal candidate is a self-starting, out-of-the-box thinker that appreciates a challenge. You possess clear sales and relationship-building capabilities with a proven track record of meeting targets.

    Objectives of this Role:

    • Execute and deliver on the business development and sales strategy to drive sales and revenue.
    • Organizing workflow and ensuring that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks.
    • Monitoring employee productivity and providing constructive feedback and coaching.
    • Support the BDE in developing company-level strategies for growth in specific business segments.
    • Support the BDE to develop company-level sales processes and approaches across the company.
    • Support the BDE to develop and pitch product proposals and materials to senior management.
    • Support the BDE to develop a pipeline for specific business segments and identify new untapped opportunities through market research.
    • Identify and establish partnerships with key stakeholders in the healthcare industry.
    • Generate leads and secure new business opportunities to meet or exceed sales targets.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term business relationships.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.

    Skills and Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in business or management
    • Minimum of 4 years experience in business development and sales
    • Proven track record in the medical device, laboratory, insurance, or pharmaceutical companies
    • Proven track record of developing and executing strategy
    • Successful track record with B2B sales and partnerships
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • The ability to focus and prioritize your work
    • Proficiency with data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting
    • Proven ability to plan and manage resources
