    Sales Development Specialist

    About the Role

    • We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our on-site sales team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys high-volume outbound prospecting.
    • As an SDR, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by contacting potential clients, qualifying leads, and scheduling meetings for the sales team. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth and pipeline development.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Perform high-volume outbound prospecting (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach)
    • Identify and qualify potential clients based on the ideal customer profile (ICP)
    • Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team
    • Maintain accurate records and updates in CRM systems
    • Handle objections and build rapport with prospects
    • Meet and exceed daily and weekly KPIs
    • Execute structured outreach campaigns

    Requirements

    • +2 years of experience in sales (SDR, BDR, call center, or similar roles)
    • Proven experience in cold calling and outbound sales
    • Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo, or similar)
    • Advanced or fluent English (spoken and written)
    • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
    • Ability to work on-site in Nairobi
    • Comfortable working in KPI-driven environments
