As a Tour Manager, you'll be pivotal in driving growth and expanding our client base.
Responsibilities:

• Develop and curate engaging domestic and international tour packages that meet diverse traveler needs.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, markets, and innovative package offerings.
• Negotiate favorable rates and terms with suppliers to enhance tour profitability.
• Represent the company at tourism events, both locally and internationally, to network and build partnerships.
• Ensure all bookings are accurately made and confirmed for proposals accepted by clients.
• Coordinate and arrange necessary training sessions for the tours department to enhance team skills and knowledge.
• Manage and facilitate both inbound and outbound tours, ensuring a seamless experience for travelers.
• Contribute to the marketing of tour packages by exploring and implementing new marketing channels, including website enhancements and social media strategies.
• Possess a certificate of good conduct.
• Bring a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in the travel and tourism industry.
