Role Description

• The ISO Consultancy & Certification Representative is an on-site role based in Mombasa. This role focuses on supporting the coordination and execution of ISO management system consultancy, client training, and certification services.
• The successful candidate will assist clients through the consultancy pipeline—from initial inquiry and scope definition to training coordination and audit preparation. This position offers direct, hands-on exposure to ISO framework implementation (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) within a structured, quality-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Engagement & Proposals: Respond to client inquiries regarding ISO training and certification, assist in conducting initial needs assessments, and draft tailored service proposals.
• Consultancy & Execution Support: Assist senior consultants in delivering ISO implementation roadmaps, gap analyses, and documentation reviews for client organizations.
• Training Coordination: Organize and facilitate client and internal training sessions, including scheduling, preparing training resources, and supporting attendees.
• Client Relationship Management: Host client meetings to address training and certification matters, ensuring professional customer service throughout the engagement lifecycle.
• Service Promotion: Actively promote Pevco’s ISO consultancy, training, and certification portfolio to prospective commercial clients.
• Records & Compliance Management: Maintain accurate client files, consultancy documentation, and training registries in accordance with company quality management procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, Education, Communication, Engineering, or a related field.
• ISO Framework Awareness: Foundational understanding of ISO standards (e.g., Quality Management Systems) or a strong interest in learning international compliance frameworks.
• Communication & Presentation: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for delivering clear presentations, writing proposals, and engaging stakeholders.
• Organizational Skills: High attention to detail with the ability to manage schedules, client files, and documentation systematically.
• Client Service & Business Acumen: Strong interpersonal skills with basic commercial awareness to support sales outreach and client onboarding.
• Technical Proficiency: Competency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace for drafting reports, proposals, and training materials.
• Team Orientation: Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site, fast-paced team environment and quickly adapt to quality assurance protocols.
