We are looking for ambitious and motivated professionals to play a key role in leading the development of a portfolio of high-potential companies across Africa. Specifically, you will :
Participate in the selection of companies supported
Contribute to the diagnosis and the development of a tailored action plan and curriculum for companies supported
Contribute to the development of an effective strategy to support the growth of the companies in collaboration with the VC team
Conduct the implementation of the plan for a portfolio of companies, in collaboration with the VC team
Identify and develop, trainings, tools, and methodologies to accelerate companies supported
Review and identify areas for improvement to maximize the value for our entrepreneurs
You will get the opportunity to work in collaboration with a diverse and experienced team across different geographies and areas of expertise
Required Qualifications
Master’s degree or equivalent in the fields of Economics, Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, or others related field.
Minimum of three years’ experience in the field of private sector and SME development, enabling environment, and entrepreneurship development.
Experience in a strategy role for companies, preferably SMEs, or in a management role for a business unit or a fast-growing SME or start-up.
Proven working experience with programs promoting entrepreneurship and SME development, and private sector development projects.
Good understanding of entrepreneurship and private sector development context and strategic framework.
Professional or extra-professional experience on the African continent/knowledge of the realities of the continent.
