Videographer at HR Fleek

Our client is looking for a skilled and creative Videographer/Photographer to join our team. If you have a strong eye for detail, storytelling, and aesthetics—and you’re confident both behind the camera and in post-production—this role is for you.

Principal Accountabilities:

Video Production

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content tailored for various digital platforms.
• Handle all aspects of video production, including lighting, sound, camera operation, and set-up.
• Use editing software such as Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar tools to produce polished, professional videos.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand standards and technical requirements.

2Photography

• Capture high-resolution images for use across digital, print, and marketing materials.
• Apply best practices in composition, lighting, and post-processing to achieve high-impact visuals.
• Edit and retouch photos using Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop.

Creative Collaboration

• Work closely with team members and clients to understand creative direction and project needs.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide input on visual storytelling.
• Communicate effectively and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.

Set Design

• Conceptualize and build sets that align with the creative vision for photo and video shoots.
• Source and manage props, backdrops, and materials.
• Maintain a safe and organized shooting environment.

Qualifications, Experience, and Knowledge:

• Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of professional experience in videography and photography.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.) or similar editing software.
• Strong experience in lighting, shooting, and set design.
• Solid understanding of photography, videography, and motion graphics/animations techniques.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• A compelling portfolio showcasing various work in photography, videography, and motion graphics/animations.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
