Visual Merchandiser – Nairobi at Talent Grid Africa

• This role goes beyond arranging products it’s about creating an inspiring shopping journey for customers. 
• From designing attractive displays to training sales reps and monitoring sales trends, you’ll play a key role in shaping the in-store experience and driving growth.

What You’ll Do:

• Design, set up, and refresh visual displays in line with merchandising standards
• Train sales reps on display techniques and cross-selling methods
• Monitor sales trends, providing valuable feedback to design teams
• Collaborate with marketing & design teams on seasonal concepts and promotions
• Ensure showrooms remain organized, appealing, and aligned with brand standards

What We’re Looking For:

• Diploma in Interior/Fashion/Visual Arts (Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
• 1–3 years of relevant experience
• A creative and innovative mindset
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
• Previous experience in furniture retail is an added advantage
