Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, escort them to their tables, and provide menus.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, making recommendations and answering questions about menu items.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately, ensuring that orders are complete and correctly prepared.
• Anticipate guests' needs and provide attentive service throughout their dining experience, including refilling drinks, clearing empty plates, and addressing any special requests or dietary restrictions.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless coordination of food and beverage service.
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly, escalating issues as needed to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Process payments accurately, handle cash and credit card transactions, and reconcile cash drawers at the end of shifts.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including setting and resetting tables, and assisting with general cleaning tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress preferably in a restaurant.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and outgoing personality.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to every guest.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the restaurant's operating hours.
