Warehouse Assistant Mission

• Inbound Handling: -Coordination and offloading of goods from the trucks with and pre- receipt Inspection.
• Claim reporting in case of any non-conformity to warehouse coordinator.
• Goods Receipt in SAP ERP system by use of a Scanner or Zlog _barcode.
• Orders on hand in stock frequent follow up with sales team for delivery.
• Maintain Proper Storage locations, labeling and binning system.
• Conduct Regular Cycle / Stock counts in collaboration with warehouse coordinator.
• Surplus return handling in collaboration with service team and logistics.
• Outbound Handling: -Ensure accurate dispatch of goods from the warehouse and maintain proof of delivery filing.
• Service jobs issuance to technicians.
• Sales order processing -Spareparts and follow up with logistics team for delivery.
• Accurate Billing.
• Non-Core purchases for stationery and logistics service providers.
• Any other duty that may be assigned.

Experience Requirements

• Great demonstrable experience in warehouse operations.

Knowledge & Educational Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in one of the following fields: -
• Business administration, Purchasing and supplies, warehousing, or related field.
• Computer Skill including Microsoft Office.
• Basic knowledge in inventory management.
• Knowledge in SAP is an added advantage.
• Forklift operations is an added advantage.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Demonstrate experience.
• Privy to health and safety procedures.

• Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Disciplined with good attention to details.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and duties.
