Water Technician at Baobab Beach Resort and Spa

Renowned for its luxurious coastal experience, exceptional service, and pristine facilities, we are seeking a skilled and dependable Water Technician to ensure our water systems operate seamlessly and maintain the highest quality standards for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain water treatment systems, boreholes, pumps, and filtration units.
• Perform daily water quality testing to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on all water supply and plumbing systems.
• Monitor and record water production, usage trends, and chemical consumption.
• Respond promptly to water-related breakdowns and emergencies.
• Manage daily operations of the resort's water bottling plant, ensuring hygiene, safety, and production efficiency.

Candidate Profile:

• Diploma/Certificate in Water Technology, Water Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years' proven experience in water operations; hospitality experience is an added advantage.
• Strong technical understanding of water treatment, pump mechanics, and plumbing systems.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently.
• High integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
