Wellness Centre / Spa Therapist at Segera Limited

• The Spa/Wellness Therapist will provide a range of holistic treatments and therapies, including massages, body wraps, scrubs, hot baths, and steam room experiences.
• Utilizing Kenyan massage oils and scrubs produced in-house, the therapist will ensure each guest receives personalized professional care.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of holistic treatments and therapies, including massages, body wraps, and scrubs.
• Daily set-up and preparation of the spa facilities.
• Schedule treatments in collaboration with the Experience Hosts.
• Use and promote in-house produced Kenyan massage oils and scrubs.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting spa environment.
• Participate in ongoing training and contribute to the development of Signature wellness treatments.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Spa/Wellness Therapist.
• Knowledge of various massage therapies, body wraps, scrubs and basic grooming (manicure/pedicure).
• Ability to provide exceptional guest service, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
