Work in Progress (WIP) Controller at Bridge Talent Management

Role Purpose:

• To track, control, and reconcile work-in-progress materials across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and track movement of socks between departments i.e., Production-WIP Linking-Checking-Plating-Trimming-Labelling-Packing.
• Conduct daily socks counts and maintain accurate WIP records.
• Reconcile issued, processed, and returned quantities.
• Report variances and delays.
• Coordinate with production and stores teams.
