    Workforce Analyst (Entry Level)

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Develop and maintain workforce plans to optimize resource allocation and meet organizational needs.
    • Analyze workforce data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process improvements.
    • Conduct capacity planning to assess recruitment needs based on current and future requirements.
    • Prepare and present regular workforce metrics reports on turnover, absenteeism, and productivity.
    • Bachelor's degree in: Human resources. Business Administration, industrial engineering or related field
