    Price and Compensation Analyst (Entry Level)

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Conduct market research to analyze competitive pricing and compensation trends for talent acquisition.
    • Develop and implement pricing strategies that align with business objectives for new hires.
    • Collaborate with HR and finance teams to design and update compensation structures and policies.
    • Prepare reports and presentations on pricing and compensation analysis for senior management and recommend improvements.
    • Bachelor's degree in: Human resource, Business Administration industrial and/or administrative engineering or related field
    • Minimum of 1 year of experience in workforce analysis or a similar role.
    • Experience in BPO, staffing or HR.
    • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, BI, SQL, or similar).

    Underwriter Associate (Entry Level)

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Evaluate and analyze level-funded and stop-loss insurance quotes for small and large groups.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to provide accurate, competitive quotes and support business growth.
    • Utilize internal platforms to improve quote efficiency and ensure compliance with company policies.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Schedule and coordinate day-to-day activities of caregivers, ensuring a proper client-caregiver match.
    • Perform payroll-related duties, including verifying time sheets and updating telephony records.
    • Act as a liaison between associates and the Office Manager, handling referrals, inquiries, and on-call coordinator duties as needed.
