Qualifications, experience, skills and languages

Educational Qualifications:

Essential:

Advanced university degree in human resources management and/or development, organizational psychology or related field. 
Officially recognized coaching certificate and EQ certification. 

Experience

Essential:

• Over 10 years of relevant experience in training and facilitation, including experience in organization and talent development at international level with multicultural exposure. 

Desirable: 

Relevant experience at country level.

Skills/Knowledge:

• Project management; statistical and data analysis; analytical skills. 
• Sound project management skills.
• Excellent drafting and communication skills both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to identify issues, formulate opinions, make conclusions and recommendations.
• Ability to engage and motivate staff.
• Customer service, collaborative and innovative attitude.
• Good knowledge of best practices and theories in Talent Management and Development, people’s motivation and engagement.

Languages required:

Essential: 

Expert knowledge of English. 
Expert knowledge of French.
