KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and enhance the technical and tactical skills of young players through structured training sessions and practice drills.
• Manage and foster a cohesive team culture, promoting teamwork, fair play, and good sportsmanship. Assess individual player skills, provide constructive feedback, and develop personalized training plans to support player growth and improvement.
• Prepare the team for matches and competitions by developing game strategies, analyzing opponents, and organizing practice matches.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of players during training. sessions and matches, following proper safety guidelines and protocols.
• Maintain effective communication with players, parents, and club officials, providing regular updates, feedback, and addressing any concerns.
• Serve as a positive role model and mentor, inspiring players to develop discipline, dedication, and perseverance both on and off the field.
• Continuously develop coaching expertise through ongoing training, professional development, and staying up-to-date with the latest coaching methodologies.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Coaching certification or relevant experience in a sports based institution.
• Strong knowledge of football techniques, rules, and tactics.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to provide constructive feedback and motivate young players.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage team dynamics and create a positive team culture.
• Passion for the game of football and a genuine desire to inspire and develop young players. Previous experience working with grassroots or youth football programs is preferred.
