Pursuant to a Letter of Intent closed in November 2006, this business was substantially transferred to FACP, in a management buy-out ("MBO”). This transaction was developed in full co-operation with ING, in order to facilitate certain institutional clients. The Agreement with ING provided for the continuation of this specific advisory business as "Financial Access”. The new entity acquired the exclusive external rights to the use of the collective track record of the business, as well as various tangible and (proprietary) intangible assets, as well as staff.
