Countless refugees are left without food, shelter, safety, or any kind of guidance for their futures. The most venerable among them-the LGBTQIA+ community and single, parent women-are widely ignored, and face added strife and danger. Safe Place international was created in response to their unmet needs. Our Work. Safe Place International aims to achieve its mission through two main avenues: direct aid initiatives and advocacy work. We strongly believe in a work model that promotes autonomy for our partners and our community members while aggregating our resources to maximize our impact.
