    Accounts Intern

    Job Responsibilities.

    • Financial reporting.
    • Ensure timely filing of tax returns.
    • Manage payables records
    • Ensure timely preparation of an accurate daily report.
    • Defend the company by ensuring viability of trades prior to approval.
    • Client credit management.
    • Ensure the prompt and accurate allocation of invoice payments through the various modes of payment.
    • Prepare periodic financial reconciliation reports.
    • Archive trade related documents received.

    Job Requirements.

    • Must be proficient in oral AND written English.
    • Must be a proficient computer and internet user.
    • Must be willing to work six days a week (Monday-Saturday).
    • Must be responsible and possess a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
    • Must be self disciplined and have a strong sense of urgency.
    • Must have certification in either CPA, ACCA or KATC.

    Merchandiser Intern - Networking & Telephony Products


    • Frequent engagement with and complete understanding of the mechanics/utilization/specifications of Networking & Telephony Products/equipment as showcased on our e-store,
    • Merchandising lead on identifying, assessing, and uploading Networking & Telephony Products to our website.
    • Up-to-date on trends and market analysis on Networking & Telephony Products.
    • Ensure effective merchandising and cataloging of Networking & Telephony Products.
    • Offer technical customer support in Networking & Telephony Products.
    • Identifying reasons and ways to revitalize or remove dormant Networking & Telephony Products.
    • Working with other Merchandisers in the team and the customer service team to ensure customer satisfaction.


    • Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Networks and Security, ICT, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Preferable, experience in technical product(s) merchandising, technical customer service and sales with Networking & Telephony Products.
    • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
    • Strong communication, management, and decision-making skills.
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
    • Strong customer service and customer care skills
    • Experience in IT, Retail, or e-Business industry is a plus.
    • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment and proactively influence others.
    • Passion/Interest in Networking and Telephony products and Equipment.
    • Must have in-depth understanding of the specifications and utilization of a large range of Networking & Telephony Products.
