    Internal Auditor

    • We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Internal Auditor to strengthen our internal control environment, risk management framework, and governance processes. The role focuses on evaluating financial, operational, stock, and compliance controls to safeguard company assets, ensure accurate reporting, and improve overall efficiency.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Plan and execute audits across financial, operational, stock, and compliance areas.
    • Evaluate control effectiveness, identify weaknesses, and recommend corrective actions.
    • Conduct periodic inventory audits and reconcile physical stock with ERP/POS records.
    • Investigate discrepancies, shrinkage, and stock losses, recommending process improvements.
    • Review financial controls over revenue, expenses, procurement, payroll, and reporting.
    • Ensure compliance with IFRS, GAAP, and applicable regulatory frameworks.
    • Assess segregation of duties, reconciliations, and financial data integrity.
    • Prepare clear audit reports with actionable recommendations.
    • Monitor implementation of corrective actions and support risk mitigation strategies.
    • Develop and maintain internal control policies and procedures.

    Key Performance Indicators:

    • Timely completion of audit plans.
    • Reduction in stock variances and control weaknesses.
    • Strengthened financial and operational controls.
    • Quality of reporting and implementation of recommendations.

    Qualifications and Key Competence:

    • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
    • 3–5 years’ experience in internal audit or financial controls.
    • Professional certification (CIA, ACCA, CPA) preferred.
    • Strong analytical skills and experience with ERP/POS systems.

    Head of Section- Veg- Naromoru

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Execute weekly planting programs and ensure proper crop establishment.
    • Maintain clean, weed-free fields and oversee crop support operations (coiling, tucking, topping, etc.).
    • Supervise irrigation, nutrition programs, and pest/disease management.
    • Plan and allocate labor efficiently; participate in accurate harvest forecasting.
    • Ensure adherence to production, quality, and operational standards.
    • Key Performance Indicators:
    • Achievement of agreed production targets.
    • Quality of produce supplied to packhouses (minimum 65% Class 1/PO standard).
    • Accuracy of harvest predictions (target margin of error ≤ 15%).
    • Section and crop cleanliness standards.
    • Timely and high-quality execution of cultural operations (weeding, coiling, tucking, topping).
    • Efficient irrigation and minimal water wastage.
    • Effective pest and disease management.
    • Proper implementation of plant nutrition programs.

    Qualifications and Key Competence:

    • Diploma or Degree in Horticulture, Agronomy, Crop Science, or related field.
    • 5+ years in commercial vegetable production; 2+ years in a supervisory role.
    • Strong technical knowledge of vegetable crops, irrigation, and IPM.
    • Proven leadership, planning, and analytical skills.

    Production Manager - Veg- Naromoru

    • The Production Manager is responsible for the overall oversight of vegetable crop production, ensuring optimal land preparation prior to planting for successful crop establishment.
    • The role serves as the critical link between the Field and the Packhouse, ensuring timely product supply while maintaining required quantity and quality standards. The incumbent will also lead teams in preparation for farm audits and customer visits, ensuring compliance with company and customer standards.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee farm machinery management, ensuring proper maintenance, safe operation, and optimal utilization.
    • Lead workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, discipline, and Health & Safety compliance.
    • Execute planting programs while ensuring correct plant populations, effective weed control, and high farm hygiene standards.
    • Manage crop production activities including irrigation, pest and disease control, crop nutrition, and general husbandry practices.
    • Plan and coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly farm operations to ensure timely harvesting and delivery of
    • quality produce to the Packhouse
    • Ensure compliance with customer standards and audit requirements, addressing any deviations promptly.
    • Maintain accurate operational records and ensure accountability across all teams.

    Key Performance Indicators:

    • Achievement of agreed production targets

    • Forecast accuracy (15% variance margin)
    • Timeliness and quality of cultural operations (support, weeding, coiling, tucking, topping)
    • Irrigation efficiency and waste management
    • Effective pest and disease control

    • Staff discipline and team performance

    Qualifications and Key Competence:

    • Degree or Diploma in Agriculture, Agronomy, Horticulture, or related field
    • Proven experience in vegetable crop production management
    • Strong leadership and people management skills
    • Sound knowledge of irrigation systems, pest and disease management, and crop nutrition
    • Experience with audit compliance and customer standards
    • Excellent planning, forecasting, and communication skills
