    Electrical Technician

    RESPONSIBILTIES

    • Conduct detailed diagnosis of electrical problems and take immediate necessary action to resolve issues.
    • Inspect equipment regularly for safety and security, identifying and reporting hazardous conditions or maintenance needs to the supervisor.
    • Perform effective troubleshooting to identify hazards or malfunctions, repairing or substituting damaged units as required.
    • Execute electrical wiring plans to ensure well-functioning lighting, internet connectivity, and other electrical systems.
    • Install electrical apparatus, fixtures, and equipment for alarm systems and other facility requirements.
    • Install safety and distribution components, including switches, distribution boards, and LV panels.
    • Connect wiring in electrical circuits and networks while ensuring full compatibility of all components.
    • Prepare and perform comprehensive electrical wiring installations according to technical standards.
    • Communicate breakdown occurrences to the supervisor during shifts and report on materials or resources required for tasks.
    • Prevent system breakdowns by routinely inspecting and replacing old wiring or insulated cables and cleaning circuits.
    • Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on machines to ensure operational efficiency.
    • Safely and effectively use, operate, and maintain all assigned tools and equipment.
    • Perform any other duties that might be assigned by the supervisor from time to time.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Diploma in Electrical & Instrumentation (Preferred), Electrical & Electronic Engineering, or Mechatronics
    • Experience of 3 years in an industrial or process plant environment
    • Willingness to work shifts and attend breakdowns when called upon
    • Experience in food processing plant or similar environment

    Junior Accountant

    RESPONSIBILTIES

    • Raise and post customer invoices accurately while ensuring timely allocation of customer receipts.
    • Prepare and dispatch customer statements and assist in following up on outstanding balances.
    • Validate and post supplier invoices against approved supporting documentation and allocate payments correctly.
    • Manage supplier relationships by responding to queries and resolving discrepancies promptly.
    • Prepare bank reconciliations within agreed timelines and maintain accurate petty cash records.
    • Review and process staff expense claims in strict adherence to company policy.
    • Assist with month-end close activities, including the preparation of reconciliations for assigned balance sheet accounts.
    • Support the preparation of management schedules and assist with audit and statutory documentation requests.
    • Ensure all financial transactions are supported by approved source documents and maintain clear audit trails.
    • Adhere to internal controls, standard operating procedures, and statutory requirements while maintaining organized financial archives.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Hold a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field combined with at least CPA Part II qualification.
    • Possess 1-2 years of relevant professional experience in accounting or finance.
    • Demonstrate working knowledge of various accounting systems and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
    • Exhibit strong attention to detail and accuracy in all financial documentation and reporting.
    • Maintain solid reconciliation and transaction processing skills, capable of handling high volumes consistently.
    • Demonstrate excellent organization and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines reliably.
    • Possess clear written and verbal communication skills for effective team and stakeholder interaction.
    • Uphold high standards of integrity and confidentiality while strictly following operational procedures.

    Credit Officer (Microfinance)

    Responsibilities

    • Carry out Customer Mobilization. You shall undertake aggressive marketing and outreach activities and be responsible for cross selling financial products offered by the company. In addition, acquaint customers with products, approval policies, and all terms and conditions of accessing loans from the company.
    • Assist clients in completion of loan applications, preparing loan analysis, recommendations, presenting the recommendations to the Branch Credit
    • Committee, and ensuring that all pre-disbursement conditions are fulfilled.
    • Appraise diligently and thoroughly loan applications received from individuals or companies.
    • Investigate and assess the applicant's background and in particular their character creditworthiness, and credit history as per records held by credit reference bureaus.
    • Verify all particulars contained in the application form.
    • Check and evaluate the particulars and financial projections of the repayment source.
    • Ensure that all applications are evaluated and submitted to the Credit Committee promptly and not later than two days from the date of application.
    • Ensure that security documentation is complete and duly perfected, properly executed, and realizable as guided by the company credit policy.
    • Carry out any other duties and assignments as may be directed by your supervisor from time to time.

    Requirements

    • Bachelors degree in finance or any related field
    • At least three years experience as credit officer in microfinance
