    Digital Marketing Executive

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Execute e-commerce and social media strategies to meet revenue and growth targets.
    • Handle Project management (video shoots, photo shoots, and organizing marketing events)
    • Play key role in the strengthening and implementation of the company’s strategy in order to
    • provide customers with a seamless shopping experience across channels
    • Website data management and analysis.
    • Strategy implementation and monitoring through data analysis andSOI
    • Continually drive improvements in the user experience and customer journey across all online touch points, in order to drive conversion rate optimization and revenue
    • Ensuring that payment options and promotional tabs are configured correctly.
    • Monitoring website traffic and customer reviews to gauge responses to site updates.
    • Analyzing sales-related data to predict future sales
    • Collaborate with the team on improving marketing materials based on insights from the field.
    • Always understand the current market trends including competitors and communicate such
    • information to the management team.
    • Provide excellent customer service and management to all customers.

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor’s Degree in BBIT, Advertising, Marketing or any other Business related field
    • 2 – 4 years of experience in Digital Marketing
    • Excellent data analytics and excel proficiency is a plus
    • Demonstrable understanding of the strategic role of marketing and communication to impact on business results
    • Excellent writing and editing skills
    • Must have the ability to develop, execute and successfully track marketing campaigns
    • Excellent planning, and organizational skills with high integrity
    • Good knowledge of all different digital marketing channels
    • Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices

    Showroom Assistant

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Greet customers as they arrive at the showroom and inquire into their purpose of visit.
    • Listen actively to customers while they provide details of what they want to buy or look at.
    • Lead or escort customers to their desired locations within the showroom or provide them with directions.
    • Assist customers in locating items of their choice and provide them with information on its features.
    • Demonstrate product features, by clearly articulating each important article and its use.
    • Provide advice to customers regarding different brands and their standing in the market.
    • Lead customers through the payment process by escorting them to POS stations and / or processing their payments by cash or credit cards.
    • Ensure that product warranties are handed over to customers at the time of purchase and ensure that their purchases are delivered to their vehicles.
    • Handle product displays by ensuring that sufficient pieces are placed on shelves at all times.
    • Maintain the cleanliness and maintenance of the showroom by coordinating custodial services.
    • Handle customer complaints by ensuring complete customer satisfaction at all levels..

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

    • Diploma in Sales & Marketing or a business related field
    • At least 2 years’ experience handling sales in a busy showroom
    • Exceptional Customer service skills
    • Strong Visual and merchandising skills

    Area Sales Manager

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Listing the full range of company’s products with the Key accounts as per communicated targets.
    • Retain and nurture existing customers, ensuring repeat sales, volume growth, and increased rate of sale and customer satisfaction.
    • Open quality new customer accounts, promoting distribution through approved route to market partners for both Modern and general trade.
    • Managing, training and motivating existing sales team to drive revenue growth.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Ability to execute web design projects with a clear focus on client needs.
    • Ability to create engaging and brand-consistent experiences.
    • Conceptualize creative ideas with clients.
    • Testing and improving the design of websites.
    • Designing visual imagery for websites and ensuring that they are in line with clients’ brands.
    • Working with different website platform management systems
    • Communicating design ideas using user flows, process flows, site maps, and wireframes.

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

    • Diploma in Web Design, Visual Arts, Interaction design or related areas.
    • At least 2 years’ experience as a Web designer in a fast paced environment
    • Proficiency in front-end development web programming languages such as HTML and CSS, JQuery, and JavaScript.
    • Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other visual design tools.
    • Demonstrable web and graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
    • Good understanding of website management systems.
    • Good understanding of search engine optimization principles.
    • Excellent visual design skills.
    • Up-to-date experience with international web protocols, standards, and technologies.
    • Up-to-date with the latest Web trends, techniques and technologies
