    Associate HR Business Partner

    About the role

    • The role covers the employee life cycle from onboarding to exit, keeps employee records and HR systems accurate, and handles first line queries from employees and line managers. It suits someone early in an HR career who wants to learn business partnering by doing the operational work that sits underneath it, with guidance from an experienced HRBP.

    What you will be expected to do:

    Employee records and systems

    • Keep employee data accurate and current on the HR information system. Process joiners, movers and leavers, prepare contracts and letters, and keep employee files complete and secure.

    Onboarding

    • Coordinate inductions for new joiners, prepare their paperwork and system access ahead of day one, and check in with them through probation.

    First line employee queries

    • Answer employee questions on policy, leave, medical cover and benefits within set turnaround times. Refer matters that need advisory input to the HR Business Partner.

    Hiring assistance

    • Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate communication, reference and background checks, and offer documentation for roles in your business unit.

    Employee relations assistance

    • Take accurate minutes at disciplinary and grievance meetings, maintain case files, and track review dates for probation and performance improvement plans.

    People reporting

    • Prepare monthly headcount, leave, attrition and probation reports, and flag anything that looks wrong in the data.

    Engagement and culture

    • Assist with engagement activities, wellbeing sessions and policy awareness sessions for your business unit.

    You might be a strong candidate if you have:

    • A degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
    • 1 to 2 years of HR experience, which can include an internship, attachment or HR assistant role.
    • Registration with the Institute of Human Resource Management (an added advantage).
    • Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills, with the ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously without losing track of any.
    • Discretion when handling private employee information and maintain appropriate privacy at all times.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with employees at all levels.
    • Experience interacting with HRIS systems and proficiency in computer applications.

    Production Supervisor

    About the role:

    • A Production Supervisor  will be in charge of the overall management, supervision, and performance of the TV and smartphone assembly lines. This includes planning and executing daily production schedules, ensuring high-quality standards, maintaining a safe working environment, and steering a team of production operators and technicians. The role requires strong stewardship, hands-on technical comprehension of electronic assembly processes, and a keen focus on operational efficiency, quality assurance, and continuous improvement.

    What you would be expected to do:

    • Oversee and supervise the day-to-day operations of the production floor, including scheduling, staffing, and workflow management.
    • Monitor production processes and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
    • Coordinate with Materials Handling Teams to ensure the availability of raw materials and components for production.
    • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
    • Train, mentor, and develop production staff to enhance their skills, knowledge, and performance.
    • Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and address any issues or concerns within the production team.
    • Work with engineering and quality assurance teams to resolve technical issues, improve product quality, and optimize production processes.
    • Implement Kaizen tenets and continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and streamline operations.
    • Prepare regular reports on production performance, including key metrics such as production output, throughput, and efficiency.
    • Monitor production processes and equipment performance to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
    • assist New Product Introduction (NPI) activities, including training and trial production.

    You might be a strong candidate if you:

    • Possess a degree in Electrical and Electronics engineering, manufacturing/industrial engineering.
    • Have a minimum 5 years work experience in the electronics industry, including 2 years in supervisory.
    • Demonstrate proven experience in a production supervisory role within the electronics manufacturing industry, with a strong comprehension of the CKD/SKD process and technology.
    • Have excellent stewardship and managerial skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve production goals.
    • Demonstrate solid knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and inventory management tenets and practices.
    • Have strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a focus on root cause analysis and continuous improvement
    • Possess excellent communication and people relations skills with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
    • Have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
    • Demonstrate knowledge of quality management systems, lean manufacturing guidelines, and safety regulations.
    • Possess knowledge of Kaizen 6S Tenets
    • Have a comprehension of production machinery and proper assembly procedures.
    • Possess excellent knowledge of manufacturing safety protocols and regulations.

    Product Operations Associate

    About the role:

    • The role holder is a key member of the Digitization & Automation team. In this role, you will partner closely with our in-house tech team and business stakeholders to design, build, and implement intelligent, tech-enabled solutions that solve complex business bottlenecks. 

    What you would be expected to do:

    • Proactively manage and resolve technical issues raised by the field team and stakeholders; conduct root-cause analysis (RCA) and partner with the internal development team to implement fixes.
    • Oversee the day-to-day functioning and monitoring of current products, managing configurations and change requests smoothly.
    • Translate business needs into clear documentation, creating use cases, flow charts, and mock screens for user, functional, and non-functional requirements.
    • Coordinate the rollout and expansion of new and existing products, features, and automations to new geographies and user groups, ensuring stakeholder queries are resolved.
    • Streamline business processes utilizing AI and modern automation tools.
    • Partner across cross-functional groups, contributing to the entire product lifecycle from initial design through development to launch.

    • Possess 3+ years of experience within product operations, product management, or a closely related tech-delivery domain.
    • Have excellent communication and project coordination skills.
    • Demonstrate practical proficiency with Excel, SQL, and AI productivity tools.
    • Are thoughtful, detail-oriented professional who takes pride in the quality and impact of their work.
    • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills with a knack for digging into the root causes of technical hurdles.
