Customer Onboarding & Training

• Assist micro-retailers in registering and onboarding onto the KUZA platform.
• Guide them through mobile money usage and loan repayment procedures.

Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributor partners.
• Collect feedback and relay customer concerns or suggestions to the 4G Capital product or customer service teams.

Soft Skills Needed

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of mobile money and digital finance (especially M‐Pesa).
• Local language fluency and cultural awareness.
• A customer-first mindset and ability to solve problems in real-time.
