Business Conservation Analyst at Madison Group Limited

Key Responsibilities

• Champion automation of MLAK dashboard reports and monthly operations reports on BI.
• Co-ordinate the departmental ICT champions for testing of the core system issues raised weekly.
• Assist in industry data analysis on quarterly basis and any adhoc requests.
• Assist in market data analysis and give insight on data trends.
• Assist with the financial projections on product lines and branches.
• Report on comparative analysis using the industry IRA, RBA reports and other data sources.
• Assist Operations in the compiling of the various board reports.
• Support other departments with data analysis required to fully execute their activities.
• Support, monitor and review operations automation process in consultation with the departmental managers and the Business Analyst.
•  Assist in keeping track of the risk registers to mitigate the risks and responses to any operational audit issues raised.
• Other duties as may be assigned by the operations manager from time to time.

Experience and Knowledge Required

• At least 2 years’ experience as an analyst in an insurance company, investment house or stockbroker.
• Attention to detail.
• Self-starter who is well organized.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications.

Academic and Professional Qualifications required.

• A Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
• Professional qualification in Accounts or Finance.
• Data Analysis/Business Analytics Certification.
