Master’s degree in food and nutrition, nutrition research, public health, gender integration or related field.
10 years of experience implementing food and nutrition programs in non-emergency development contexts and managing projects with gender-related components.
Experience designing and leading interventions for nutrition-sensitive agriculture, diet diversification, nutrition messaging and behavior change, gender inclusion, and capacity building.
Experience conducting gender analyses or measuring the impact of women empowerment activities.
Experience engaging men and community members to improve household nutrition preferred.
10 years of relevant professional experience in select cereal, horticulture, or dairy value chains with preference given to candidates with smallholder extension experience.
Master’s degree in a relevant technical field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Strong knowledge of Kenyan agricultural market systems.
Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
10 years of experience (15 preferred) in financial projects and/or banking sector.
Five years of experience providing expertise and linkages for business planning and access to finance to help expand agricultural production and value adding for farmers and agribusinesses.
Experience in the Kenyan financial sector is preferred.
Masters degree in Finance or Banking.
Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
